ibs-smart™️ is a blood test. 

All we need is a blood sample. We'll provide you with a kit to take to any doctor's office, hospital or phlebotomy lab where you can get your blood drawn. Here are some options.

ibs-smart™️ tests for levels of two antibodies.

If either is elevated, you can be confidently diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). 

The positive predictive value of each antibody is over 91%. If both antibodies are elevated, the probability of IBS is 98%.

ibs-smart™️ costs $220.

It may be covered at least in part by your insurance.​

$220 is collected prior to shipping you a testing kit. Once we receive your sample and deliver your test results to your doctor, we'll also send you a superbill. You can then file a claim with you insurance provider using the superbill. (Please contact your insurance provider to determine where to obtain and send a claim form).

Test results will be sent to your doctor four days after we receive your blood sample.​
