Diagnose IBS With Your Doctor

Download the discussion guide to share with your doctor. An ibs-smart test order (requisition) form is included.

If your doctor feels that ibs-smart is right for you you, have your doctor complete the test order form and email it to support@ibssmart.com or fax it to (888) 675-9961.

You will receive an ibs-smart sample collection kit in the mail. Please use this kit to have your blood sample drawn and shipped to the lab.

Test results will be sent to your doctor approximately seven days after receipt of your blood sample.
Pricing and Insurance
When ordering through your healthcare provider, ibs-smart is only $249 without insurance. ibs-smart is covered at least in part by many common insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
