With our telehealth provider service, you can order ibs-smart™ online by answering a few questions about your symptoms.
Once completed, your symptom screening will be evaluated by a qualified telehealth provider. If ibs-smart™ is right for you, a signed test order form will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
Once your blood sample has been received and tested, you will have the option for a free phone consultation with your telehealth provider to discuss your results.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
Complete the symptoms screening questionnaire & order your ibs-smart™ collection kit to be shipped to your home.
Once ibs-smart™ is ordered by your telehealth provider, a signed test order form will be emailed to you. Please print and include this with your ibs-smart™ collection kit when it arrives.
Your ibs-smart™ test results will be emailed directly to you. You will also receive instructions to schedule a free phone consultation with your telehealth provider.
As part of this consultation, your provider won't be able to prescribe treatment or diagnose other illnesses, but he or she will ensure you have a clear understanding of your ibs-smart™ results.
PRICING AND INSURANCE
When ordering ibs-smart™ through the telehealth prescriber service, ibs-smart™ is $199. If it is determined that the test is not right for you, you will be refunded the full cost of the test.
Along with your results, you will receive an itemized bill for use when filing an insurance claim. ibs-smart™ is covered at least in part by many common insurance plans.
If you're interested in asking your insurance provider about coverage, you can reference procedure code: 83520, which is billed twice (once for each antibody).
