A licensed healthcare professional will now review your symptoms. This can take up to 7 business days. Upon approval, a sample collection kit containing your doctor-signed requisition (test order) form will be shipped to you.  You will need to return this form with your sample.

 

An email confirmation with a reminder of what to expect next will be sent to you shortly. You'll be notified with a tracking number when your kit is shipped.
